There have been 28 reported incidents of infants and young children falling from the Bumbo Baby Seat. Out of these injuries, three have been skull fractures. Over 1 million Bumbo "baby sitter" seats have been sold by Bumbo International of South Africa. The Bumbo seats are sold by Target, Walmart, Toys R Us, Sears, USA Babies and many more retailers.
